General Terms & Conditions 

1. Scope
These Terms and Conditions apply to all services offered by Lars Mecklenborg, hereinafter referred to as "the Provider." By using the services, the client agrees to these terms.

2. Services
The nature and scope of the services are individually agreed upon. All services are carried out to the best of the Provider's knowledge and ability.

3. Prices and Payment
Unless otherwise agreed, prices are given before the service is rendered. Payment is due immediately upon completion, unless other terms are agreed in writing.

4. Liability
The Provider is liable only for damages caused by intent or gross negligence. Liability for slight negligence is excluded.

5. Right of Withdrawal (for consumers)
Clients who are consumers have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving any reason, if the contract was concluded online or off-premises.

6. Data Protection
Client data is handled in accordance with applicable data protection laws and not shared with third parties without consent.

7. Final Provisions
Should any provision of these Terms be or become invalid, the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected. German law applies.
